Infamous UK Cleric Plans Thursday Shari’ah Rally in D.C.

‘Rise to Implement the Shari’ah in America’

The rally is being spearheaded by radical UK Muslim cleric Anjem Choudary, who recently told Sean Hannity Americans are “the biggest criminals in the world today,“ and in October announced ”the flag of Islam will one day fly over the White House.” His group, Islam4UK, has been outlawed in Britain.

“We hereby call upon the Muslims in the US, particularly in New York, Michigan, Chicago and Washington DC to take lessons from their Muslim brothers and sisters in North Africa and the Middle East and rise to implement the Shari’ah in America,” the group Shariah4America, seemingly modeled after Choudary’s UK organization, says on its website.

It goes on to advocate for a new U.S. constitution based on: Sharia law

On 3rd March 2011 From 1pm to 4pm (local time), at Pennsylvania Avenue, outside the White House, the Muslims will let the tyrant Barack Obama and the American people know that a new constitution beckons the US called the Shari’ah, and that this worldwide revolution will see it implemented inshaa’allah (God willing) very very soon.

And while there is no indication that rally will dabble in Sharia law, a different D.C. march scheduled for Thursday boldly declares its goal of bringing Sharia law “directly to the doorsteps of the United States of America.”

Enola Gay sure does like dropping the Bombs when the Truth comes out.  Obama can’t come and march with you folks in Wisconsin cause his own Federal “Union” Employees don’t have any Collective Bargaining Rights whatsoever!

Oh how I love to watch the webs the Liberal Democrats weave.  Seems they get all tangled up in their own deceptions.  It must have taken a whole lot of money to get Obama elected.  I am guessing Union Money along with that of the Communists as they continue to pull the Puppets strings.  Joe Biden was absolutely correct when he stated the Presidency is no place for on the job training.  How is it that a highly educated and intelligent man can become President and behave so stupidly?  Perhaps the education part was trumped up just a tad.  Of course we will never know for sure since the records have been sealed. 

I guess now we all know why.

Thank you Jimmy Carter for doing  “One thing Right” in making it illegal for Federal Government “Union” Employees  to have Collective Bargaining Rights.

That’s what a total of 49 Democratic legislators in Wisconsin and Indiana have done, walking away from their jobs in protest over bills that would strip or curb the collective bargaining powers of public-sector unions.

The last-ditch effort by Democrats to block austerity-driven budget proposals by Republicans, who control the legislatures and the governor’s mansions in those states, has captivated and divided the nation, inspiring thousands of labor supporters to protest and inflaming critics who regard the lawmakers’ absence as irresponsible and reckless.

The budget showdowns are being watched closely in other states — Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania — where Republican governors are also targeting unions. A similar debate in Ohio drew thousands of union protesters Tuesday, prompting officials there to lock the doors to the Statehouse.

In Wisconsin, 14 Senate Democrats were the first to go AWOL, fleeing to Illinois last week after Republican Gov. Scott Walker refused to compromise on his plan to strip public unions of nearly all of their bargaining rights. Walker says the bill, which would also force union members to contribute more to their health and retirement benefits, is needed to help solve the state’s looming budget deficit. But Democrats see it as an all-out assault on unions, their staunchest campaign ally.

It looks like Democrats have found a new strategy to block Republican majorities from enacting anti-union legislation: fleeing the state.

Taking a page from Democratic lawmakers in Wisconsin, legislators in Indiana have apparently fled the state rather than vote on an anti-union bill, a source told the Indianapolis Star on Wednesday.

And they were headed to Illinois, the same state that Wisconsin Democrats fled to last week to block a bill that would limit the collective bargaining rights of public sector unions while forcing members to contribute more to their pensions and health care plans. Columbus Takes Center Stage in Next Big Union Fight

The next focus of demonstrators protesting collective bargaining reforms should be Columbus, Ohio where thousands, if not tens-of-thousands, of protestors are expected to gather Tuesday and shout their views about a controversial bill that puts labor unions in the crosshairs of a determined governor intent on salvaging his state’s financial situation.

The protests should look and sound much like the ones from Madison, Wisconsin that have gripped the nation in the recent days and marries an uncomfortable economic reality with political opportunity.

“It’s to put our children first. It’s to do the things without regard to political considerations and try to serve the public,” Ohio Governor John Kasich told FOX News late Monday afternoon from the same building where demonstrators will rally Tuesday. “And if we get that done; we balance our budget–$8 billion in the hole–without a tax increase and we’ve cut taxes on income taxes, that’s going to send a message to the rest of that country that if they can do it [in Columbus], they can do it in their state and they maybe, guess what, they might actually be able to do something like this in Washington.”

While the broad pictures of Wisconsin and Ohio are similar with declarations of impending economic disaster and cures of pension and collective bargaining reform, a closer look at the proposals in both states reveal a significant difference.

The Wisconsin reforms don’t cover all public employee unions. Firefighters and police officers, for example, aren’t on the hook in the Badger State but all unionized state and municipal employees in Ohio are subject to the reforms proposed in Senate Bill 5, which would strip the collective bargaining rights of all public workers.

“We have a very tight budget statewide and our local governments have….budgets and expenditures that are blossoming out of control,” state Senator Kevin Bacon explained to FOX News. “And part of that is because of the current collective bargaining contracts in place.”

Bacon, a Republican, says Ohio is no different than other states facing budget shortfalls and says the legislation is necessary, “so that we can give local and state governments the ability to adjust in the event they have a year when tax receipts are lower than the previous year.”

That argument doesn’t sway Brookhaven High School teacher Phil Hayes who says the bill is political opportunism disguised as good governance. “This bill unfortunately takes aim at organizations that advocate for me so I can advocate for my students. And this bill will make it harder for me to advocate for my students without those organizations advocating for me.”

Columbus has already seen protestors expressing outrage over the proposal but Tuesday’s rally is expected to be much larger.

A spokesman for the Ohio State Patrol says extra troopers have been assigned to provide security inside and outside the Statehouse. Lieutenant Ken Kocab told FOX News the rally will likely be the largest he’s seen in 18 years with the OSP but he was unable to provide an estimate of how many people they’re preparing to watch. Kocab says there’s no intelligence to suggest Tuesday’s rally will turn violent.

“Now is the time. If ever there was a time to show up, stand up and let our voices be heard, it is now,” former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland recently wrote in a letter to Ohio Democrats asking them to attend the rally. Strickland lost the governor’s mansion to Kasich in November but is clearly engaged in the debate. “ The fate of Ohio’s middle class is on the line at the Ohio Statehouse,” he said.

The reelection fate of President Obama could also be on the line Tuesday.

Fifteen members of the Columbia International Relations Council and Association (CIRCA) were invited to the Sept. 21 event in Manhattan, the newspaper said. The students will dine and speak with Ahmadinejad and Columbia President Lee Bollinger, who introduced the Iranian leader as “a petty and cruel dictator” when he spoke on campus in 2007.

At the same 2007 event, Ahmadinejad lambasted Bollinger for what he called the “insults” and “unfriendly treatment” he endured from his host.

CIRCA Vice President Tim Chan said so far he has not heard any concerns from the group about the upcoming dinner, the Spectator reported. “Everyone was really enthusiastic,” he said.

The controversial Iranian leader has called for the destruction of Israel and questioned whether the Holocaust ever happened. On Sunday, the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Ahmadinejad said the United States planned the attack as an excuse to launch wars on Iraq and Afghanistan.

Columbia University and Bollinger were criticized for hosting Ahmadinejad at the 2007 forum, where the Iranian president again cast doubt on the Holocaust and questioned whether al Qaeda was to blame for the 9/11 attacks. He also dismissed accusations that Tehran executed homosexuals, saying there were no gay people in his country.

Bollinger defended his decision to invite Ahmadinejad to campus in 2007, saying in a statement “Columbia, as a community dedicated to learning and scholarship, is committed to confronting ideas.”

In the Days Before Obama Apologized for America

At a time when our president and other politicians tend to apologize for our country’s prior actions, here’s a refresher on how some of our former patriots handled negative comments about our country.

JFK’S Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, was in France in the early 60′s when: DeGaule decided to pull out of NATO.  DeGaule said he wanted all US  military out of France as soon as possible.

Rusk responded, Does that include those who are buried here?”
DeGaule did not respond. You could have heard a pin drop.

When in England , at a fairly large conference, Colin Powell was asked by the Archbishop of Canterbury if our plans for Iraq were just an example of ‘empire building’ by George Bush. He answered by saying, Over the years, the United States has sent many of its fine young men and women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders.  The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return is enough to bury those that did not return.   You could have heard a pin drop.

There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American.  During a break, one of the French engineers came back into the room saying, “Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims.  What does he intend to do, bomb them?

A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly:  “Our carriers have three hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are nuclear powered and can supply emergency  electrical power to shore facilities; they have three  cafeterias with the capacity to feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from sea water each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck.  We have eleven such ships;  how many does France have?      You could have heard a pin drop.

A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included Admirals from the U.S., English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies  At a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large group of officers that included personnel from most of those countries. Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many
languages, Americans learn only English. He then asked, “Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?”
Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied, “Maybe it’s because the
Brit’s, Canadians, Aussie’s and Americans arranged it so you wouldn’t
have to speak German. You could have heard a pin drop.

THIS STORY FITS RIGHT IN WITH THE ABOVE…
Robert Whiting, an elderly gentleman of 83, arrived in Paris by plane. At French Customs, he took a few minutes to locate his passport  in his carry on. You have been to France before, monsieur?” the customs officer asked sarcastically. Mr. Whiting admitted that he had been to France  previously.
Then you should know enough to have your passport ready.”
The American said, The last time I was here, I didn’t have to show it. Impossible.. Americans always have to show their passports on arrival in France !
The American senior gave the Frenchman a long hard look.  Then he quietly explained, ”Well, when I came ashore at Omaha Beach on D-Day in 1944 to help liberate this country, I couldn’t find a single Frenchmen to show a passport to.You could have heard a pin drop.
