A United Nations Gun Control Treaty will Supersede Our Second Amendment Rights

After the Japanese decimated our fleet in Pearl Harbor Dec 7, 1941, They could have sent their troop ships and carriers directly to California To finish what they started. The prediction from our Chief of Staff was we would not be able to stop a
Massive invasion until they reached the Mississippi River. So, why did they not invade? After the war, the remaining Japanese generals and admirals were asked that question. Their answer……They know that almost every home had guns and the Americans knew how to use them..
The world’s largest army…. America’s hunters! I had never thought about this….A blogger added up the deer license sales in just a handful of states and Arrived at a striking conclusion:
There were over 600,000 hunters this season in the state of Wisconsin .. Allow me to restate that number. Over the last several months, Wisconsin ‘s hunters became the eighth Largest army in the world. More men under arms than in Iran .. More than in France and Germany combined. These men deployed to the woods of a single American state to hunt With firearms, and no one was killed. That number pales in comparison to the 750,000 who hunted the woods of Pennsylvania and Michigan’s 700,000 hunters All of whom have now returned home. Toss in a quarter million hunters in West Virginia and it literally Establishes the fact that the hunters of those four states alone Would comprise the largest army in the world.
The point?
America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that kind of home-grown firepower. Hunting — it’s not just a way to fill the freezer. It’s a matter of national security.

That’s why all enemies, foreign and domestic, including the Obama White House want to see US Disarmed

Food for thought when next we consider gun control

  1. Good Morning America and get ready to see the biggest fight since the Civil War if this Treaty with the U.N. is ratified by this Congress.

  2. They will play with hell to get mine.
As I understand it, the talks on this subject were suspended last July and the first phone call Obama made after his re-election was to re-start the talks on global gun control.
They were suspended because he thought it could impinge on his re-election possibilities.
No problem now with pushing his agenda to disarm the American People.
Agenda 21 is the final step in global dominance by the progressives.

To the ignorant idiots that voted for this pissant in 2008, and voted for him again in 2012, welcome to hell.

    • Those who voted for Obama are both Naughty and Not nice. I’m checkin my list and those libs need to take note… Hell is coming and they Voted for it. This blog will show no Mercy to the Libs nor those defectors who went back home to roost with Obama.

I will refuse and probably die. But I will refuse to give my Freedom away.

    • Thank you for re-posting this MaddMedic and most likely we will die resisting but then again what would be left to live for in an unprotected America?

  4. I am now a card-carrying member of the NRA and proud gun owner.

Like the Texas Revolutionary Battle Flag flown during the Battle Of Gonzales, I say to the UN Socialist Gun Grabbers…

    COME AND TAKE IT

  5. Reid v. Covert reaffirmed a long standing finding by the Supreme Court that a treaty can not infringe on the Supremacy of the Constitution. Moreover, the Constitution can only be amended in accordance with Article 5 provisions. A treaty doesn’t qualify. That being said, it is possible that the statist will try to convince the people that the UN Treaty will change the 2nd Amendment. Oath takers who advocate illegal changes to our Constitution are committing an act of war against the Republic. The fact that a domestic enemy is a political party does not absolve them of their crimes; particularly the crime of treason as stipulated in Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution.

Citizen Grand Juries need to convene and consider whether or not certain political parties and people are guilty of the Smith Act. If the People’s Congress fails to act, then it is incumbent on the People to act to defend the Republic.

    • This is a very interesting fact you bring US and I was not aware of this till now. Could you expand on this for the rest of US so that we might look further into it?

  6. America’s Last Bayonet Charge took place in Vietnam 1965:

    • Nice Sam.
      We will always remember.
We will never forget the fortitude, the spirit, and the brave proud warriors that have given US our freedom.
I loved that scene, when the gunship came up over the hill and evened the field.
      No,…America is not finished.
She is merely determining who will stand with Her.

  8. I always like that ending to your posts… “ANY QUEATIONS? ”
AFVET, your P-40 is needed; samiam, your -ahem-congregation needs to see a last chance to derail Obama:
http://partneringwitheagles.wordpress.com/2012/11/20/overturn-obama-via-electoral-college-directories-for-local-secretary-of-state-gop-senators-congress/ It eferences the previous post which doesn’t contain the list. “X”

  9. Interesting analysis with enough hunters in 4 states to form an army. But don’t forget there are many of us out there who own firearms for target shooting or self-defense but choose not to hunt, thus we don’t have a hunting liscense. So the numbers are a whole lot higher.
I had never heard that armed Americans were the reason the Japanese didn’t invade the mainland after Pearl Harbor. I don’t think they teach THAT in schooo.

  10. I am of the opinion that widespread private gun ownership in the US is the only real thing giving liberal leaders reason to tread lightly in their quest to destroy this country.

And, that is the precise reason the second amendment was written in the first place.

    • After what I have seen these past four years I am convinced that it is an Armed Electorate that has kept the peace between US and a Rogue Government.

  11. Target practice with a .22 rifle is a great place to start.
Cheap to shoot, and it will teach you how to control a firearm.
Nothing like shooting at apples on a rail at 50 yards.
    Great fun.

    • Picking off a pop can at a 1000 yards with an Un-Scoped Mosin Nagant gets it for me. The Russians Snipers used these rifles at the Battle of Stalingrad and elsewhere during WW2. You can see them in action in the Movie Enemy at the Gates.

      • That would be fun, but I can’t afford the gun or the ammo.
22-250s at 1000 yards vs. a groundhog is fun too.
I love it when they stand up.

        • What caliber are they ?
The Ruger I used against the ground hogs was a 22-250, with a kick butt Weaver scope.
300 yards was my best shot.
I no longer have the rifle, but I do have a sweet Ruger .22/.22 mag pistol,
          Interchangeable cylinders, nice gun.
          And a Browning, and a Remington. :)

        • They remind me of the long rifles used by the settlers.
One correction to my above comment.
My semi-auto is a Marlin. The ammo I prefer is Remington.
Annie Oakley preferred a Marlin rifle.
She was an Ohio girl, and a dead shot.

          • We actually have a long rifle. It is a beautiful replica of the one Jeremiah Johnson found that belonged to Hatchet Jack in the movie… a 50 caliber Hawken. It has the place of honor resting over the fireplace.

I actually learned how to load it and have loaded and fired it many times. Very loud and smokey! And, very accurate.

But all in all, I like the old west guns the best. Must be my Texas roots.

        • Annie Oakley led a most interesting life and I enjoyed seeing a History Channel show about her.
