November 4th 2008
The United States presidential election of 2008 was the 56th quadrennial presidential election. It was held on Tuesday, November 4, 2008. Democratic Party nominee Senator Barack Obama and running mate Senator Joe Biden defeated Republican Party nominee Senator John McCain and running mate Governor Sarah Palin.
I remember the day that a little known Senator from Illinois came on the world stage promising Hope and Change to a weary American populace. America had just endured a serious financial crisis and the housing bubble had all but wiped out the American Dream.
The young Senator promised to Fundamentally Transform the United States of America offering hope to all those who had suffered under the so called Evils of Capitalism. Unemployment had hit an all time high and the American People were looking for answers. Little did they know back then that this…
Fundamental Transformation of America
…would usher in Socialism and a Class Warfare Struggle that would forever Divide the American People.
Little did the American People know that Government would begin to control every aspect of our lives in these United States of America and little did they know that Our Freedoms would be gradually Swept Away.
Today we find ourselves caught between a rock and a hard place as the Takers continue to vote for those who offer Government Handouts rather than pulling themselves up and striving for that ever elusive…
As the November Mid-Term Elections approach one can only hope that there are enough of us workers left to override those government leaches and bring about real change in the form of a Restoration of our once great former Republic.
For all of you who Voted for this
Hope and Change
all I can say to you folks is…
