Can We Trust Candidate Newt Gingrich and His Contract With America?

Seems Newt Gingrich has a Questionable Track Record on some Issues.  The question is should we be Concerned?  Mitt Romney also seems to have some questions about his Track Record and Ron Paul, oh well, lets just say some are concerned about some of his Ideas.  Win Lose or Draw it looks like they may end up being the ones we will have to choose between.

Lets not forget John McCain. You don’t even want to get me started on him! He fooled us all or was he just the lesser of Two Evils?

Lets take a look at the Poll Numbers from November 2nd, just one short month ago

(December 3rd, One month Later)

New Iowa Poll Has Gingrich Leading Over Paul Then Romney in 3-Way Race

A new poll released by the Des Moines Register Saturday has former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich taking a palpable lead in support from Iowa Republican caucusgoers, followed by Texas Rep. Ron Paul and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney in a three-candidate race. With Iowa kicking off voting in the presidential nominating process just a month away on January 3, Gingrich has support from 25 percent of likely Republican caucusgoers in the Hawkeye state.

Selzer & Co. of Des Moines conducted the poll of 401 likely Republican caucusgoers between November 27 and 30. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.9 percentage points. The poll was conducted before Georgia businessman Herman Cain suspended his candidacy on Saturday. Cain amassed 8 percent, tied with Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann. The same Iowa poll conducted between October 23 and 26 had Cain at 23 percent support and Gingrich at only 7

Paul has risen to second with 18 percent and Romeny slipped to third with 16 percent. Undecided came in fourth place with 11 percent.

  1. Good Afternoon Patriots :D

  2. I don’t ‘trust’ any of them.
Gingrich is a veteran of the Washington scene.
The congress that we get after the 2012 elections will determine his power if he is elected.
With the recent passage of what could possibly be the final straw for our freedoms, the next year could be extremely interesting.

    • If Obama gets re-elected its over!

Anyone else on the Republican side give us a chance and some time to restore our Country. I believe it comes down to that my friend.

      • Good evening everyone,

I agree Samiam. The Congress we get won’t matter just like it doesn’t matter now. Obama is hooked on executive orders like a crackhead to crack.

  7. Top Adviser Says Cain Will Most Likely Endorse Newt Gingrich

Since announcing Saturday that he would bow out as a candidate but still remain active in the Republican primary race for president, there has been much speculation about who Herman Cain will endorse among his former rivals. POLITICO reports Sunday that a top adviser has said that his boss plans to endorse surging Newt Gingrich:

“’He wants to play ‘who to endorse’ for a while,’ said the adviser, who spoke on condition of anonymity in order to speak bluntly. ‘Then he’ll probably be endorsing somebody in a couple weeks — before the caucuses…. I‘d say he’s going to endorse Newt Gingrich,’ the adviser said.”
